We're excited to welcome our NEW students for the upcoming school year! Here's what you need to know about enrollment:
🗓 Enrollment Date: Thursday, August 1
🕘 Time: 9 AM - 2 PM
🏫 Location: Elementary School Office (PK-6th) / High School Office (7th -12th)
Who is considered a NEW student?
- All Pre-K students are classified as NEW students for enrollment purposes, even if they've participated in spring pre-enrollment.
- Any student who was not enrolled as a student at Cordell Public Schools at the end of the 2023-2024 school year is considered NEW.
Returning Students:
- Students who completed the 2023-2024 school year as a student at Cordell Public Schools are considered RETURNING students and will enroll July 29-30, 2024.
Make sure to bring all necessary documents (birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization records)to ensure a smooth enrollment experience. We can't wait to see our new and returning students! 🎉

Cordell Public Schools is looking for local bus route drivers!

Cordell Memorial Hospital is hosting a Back to School Bash at the Washita County Activity Center on Thursday, August 1, from 9 am - 3 pm!
During this event, the health department be available on site from 10am - 1pm to provide vaccines for new and returning students. The health department will also provide FREE student physicals during those hours.

***NEW*** Enrollment forms for the 2024 - 2025 academic year will be available ONLINE July 22, 2024.
In-person enrollment dates for the 2024 - 2025 academic year:
Returning Students for ALL GRADES will enroll in the High School Cafeteria.
Last Names beginning A-J: Monday, July 29, 2024 from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Last Names beginning K-Z: Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
New Students will enroll in the office of their campus on Thursday, August 1, 2024, from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
NEW ENROLLEES:
All new students should bring birth certificate, immunization record, and social security card.
For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:
1) Current, up-to-date immunization records; OR
2) A completed and signed exemption form.
All JH/HS students should bring $20 for your Chromebook deposit.
Complete Online Transfer Request (ONLY for students residing outside of the Cordell Public School District)

Personalized Parking Spaces are available for purchase for this year! If you would like to personalize and secure your parking space for the 24-25 school year, the cost is $50 for each spot.
Spots must be painted with water based paint with a pre-approved, school appropriate design. Parking spaces must be painted to show they have been purchased.
Painted parking spots are only reserved for the purchaser during regular school hours.
Students must bring a copy of their driver’s license, we will not make copies for them. Driver’s License copy must also include the following information:
Copy of vehicle insurance
Tag Number
Make / Model / Color of vehicle
Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Spaces can be purchased anytime during the school year, cost will be $50, regardless of the purchase date.
We will start selling spaces on Monday, July 29th from 5:30-7:30 pm.
