The Cordell High School Junior Class would like to announce our annual Turkey Dinner!
The Turkey dinner plate will include: Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean, sweet potatoes, and a roll with butter. The dinner will also have different options for desserts and a drink.

📍 Location: Cordell High School Cafeteria
Tickets are $15 per person, and kids 3 and under eat free.

Fairview LDE Contest✨
From one competition to the next! Our Cordell FFA Opening/Closing Ceremonies team members traveled to Fairview Friday afternoon to compete in one last OCC contest before heading to the regional competition this week.
We are proud to say we were able to take home another champion banner!

SW Regional Sporting Clay Competition✨
These boys were up bright and early this morning to compete at the SW Regional Sporting Clay Competition in Olustee, OK!
Both teams represented Cordell FFA well and even got some compliments from the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation on their knowledge of the sport.

Cordell FFA members traveled to Hobart Monday afternoon to compete in the Opening/Closing Ceremonies division. Both teams have spent the last month memorizing speaking parts, rehearsing and perfecting their “FFA voice.” After putting their skills to the test, we can say their hard work is paying off!
With 40+ teams across 3 OCC rooms, Cordell Blue was able to take home one of the champion banners!

Cordell JH/HS Library is starting Loud Library Days!
This is a new reading incentive reading program for both Jr. High and High School kids!
The goal is a minimum of 4 books a month-Just a book a week!
Every student that completes the goal gets to participate in Loud Library Days which will be a party at the end of the month in the Library! Each book read will also give them a small prize(candy, bookmark, etc)
We will also have prizes for the top readers each month for each grade! As well as a Grand Prize at the end of the year for our Top Reader of all the grades! -Leader board will be posted in the library-
To be able to do this though we need your help! Donations to the library are always appreciated-even if it’s just a couple dollars, it all helps! I also have set up a classroom wishlist on amazon if you would like to purchase items off of it and send it directly to the school! As always, we appreciate you supporting our Blue Devils!!

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Yearbook order forms have been sent home. The FINAL day to order through the school is Thursday, May 15, 2025! Order forms may be turned in to the Elementary Office, JH/HS Office, or to Ms. Johnson. Order forms will be accepted through the end of the day on Thursday. After Thursday, all orders must be placed online. Yearbooks will be delivered at the end of August/beginning of September.
