First girl from Cordell to be a state qualifier, first girl from Cordell to be a state placer, and now first girl from Cordell to make it the finals! Cordell Public Schools WILL be in session tomorrow, Wednesday, February 19. We are taking extra measures to ensure all staff and students are warm, fed, and ready to learn.

Huge congratulations to Freshman Hunter Hamlett for being recognized as MVP of Cordell's junior high team and to Senior Matthew Fuller for earning MVP honors for the high school team and making the Conference all-star team! A shoutout to Coach Kathy Wedel for her leadership.

The shirts will be a grey short sleeve with the design shown on the front and the state qualifiers name and weight on the back. Due to increasing numbers of staff and student illness, Cordell Public Schools will continue Virtual Learning for Thursday, February 13, 2025. Elementary school parents are advised to check the Rooms app for instructions from their child's teacher. For junior high and high school students, parents should ensure their students access both the Rooms app and Google Classroom to receive assignments and updates from their teachers.
Parent/Teacher Conferences scheduled for Thursday evening are also canceled. Please reach out to your student’s teacher if you would like to schedule another conference time.
NOTICE: Due to the cancellation of tonight's final home basketball game of the season, our Winter Sports seniors will be recognized during an event in the spring. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
JUST IN: Basketball games vs. Hollis tonight have been canceled.
TIME CHANGE: Tomorrow's (2/11) JH Basketball games vs. Hollis will begin at 4:00 PM. The schedule for the HS games remains the same.
