First girl from Cordell to be a state qualifier, first girl from Cordell to be a state placer, and now first girl from Cordell to make it the finals! Junior Class singing Valentines will be delivered Friday, FEBRUARY 21!

Cordell Public Schools WILL be in session tomorrow, Wednesday, February 19. We are taking extra measures to ensure all staff and students are warm, fed, and ready to learn.

It was an exciting night at the Oklahoma Great Plains Academic Conference banquet at SWOSU on February 17th! Huge congratulations to Freshman Hunter Hamlett for being recognized as MVP of Cordell's junior high team and to Senior Matthew Fuller for earning MVP honors for the high school team and making the Conference all-star team! A shoutout to Coach Kathy Wedel for her leadership.

Congratulations to Baylor Moore for her 2nd Place finish at the 5A Regional wrestling tournament! Due to increasing numbers of staff and student illness, Cordell Public Schools will continue Virtual Learning for Thursday, February 13, 2025. Elementary school parents are advised to check the Rooms app for instructions from their child's teacher. For junior high and high school students, parents should ensure their students access both the Rooms app and Google Classroom to receive assignments and updates from their teachers. Parent/Teacher Conferences scheduled for Thursday evening are also canceled. Please reach out to your student’s teacher if you would like to schedule another conference time.

NOTICE: Due to the cancellation of tonight's final home basketball game of the season, our Winter Sports seniors will be recognized during an event in the spring. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
